Upon subscription, you have the freedom to add as many design requests to your queue as you desire, and they will be delivered one by one (Standard Lemon plan and Big Lemon plan) or two at a time (Supa Lemon plan).

Typically, most designs are completed within 1 to 3 days. However, complex tasks like webflow development, +40 pages decks...may take longer.

We recognize that you may not always have enough design work to occupy an entire month. Maybe you currently have just one or two design requests. This is where pausing your subscription becomes useful.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period.

Here's how it works:
‍Initiating Pause: When you decide to pause your subscription, please note that it may take up to 24 hours to process the request. You can only pause your subscription once within a 31-day period.

‍Duration of Pause: Suppose you've used our services for 21 days and then opt to pause your subscription. Your billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining, which you can use anytime within the next 2 months. To use your remianing days, please get in touch with us through Slack.

‍Resuming Service: After the pause period, when you reactivate your subscription, you won't be able to pause it again until the next billing cycle. For example, if you paused your subscription on day 21 and had 10 remaining days, once reactivated, you'll need to use those 21 days without the option to pause again.

Lemon focus on visual identities, marketing social ads and campaigns, web design, product design, and Webflow, Framer and wix development. However, we do not cover 3D modeling, complex animation, document design over 40 pages (medical reports, banking reports...), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and development outside of Webflow, Wix and Framer.

Most requests are designed using Figma and Adobe tools. we can use Canva if you needed, but keep in mind we usually start designs in the tools mentioned.
